Our main functions are as follows:

• Provision of all the necessary computer hardware for the administrative and educational process of our University, as well as office and peripheral equipment;
• Selection, installation, maintenance, and upgrade of computer, office, and peripheral hardware at various divisions and computer rooms of ASU;
• Repair of computer, office, and peripheral hardware at various divisions and computer rooms of Astrakhan State University;
• Correct application of computer, office, and peripheral hardware at various divisions and computer rooms of ASU;
• Receipt and consideration of the University staff’s applications to purchase particular computer, office, or peripheral hardware;
• Consultancies for our University’s staff how to apply and exploit computer, office, and peripheral hardware at various divisions and computer rooms of ASU;
• Distribution of available computer, office, and peripheral hardware among various divisions of ASU;
• Filling of laser printer cartridges applied by various divisions of ASU.
