New Professional Training Program in Career Making
22.11.2017The new professional training short-term program “Modeling of Career Map: Strategies, Stages, Technologies” has been launched at Astrakhan State University.
The program was developed by the Institute of Strategy & Competitiveness of ASU, which has been training qualified managers for Astrakhan Region’s enterprises and organizations for seven years.
The three-week intensive program includes five modules:
- Career Stages. Soft Skills to Achieve the Set Goals;
- Overcoming of Cognitive Dissonance in Professional Self-Realization. Revision of Achievements;
- Techniques to Form Leadership Competencies;
- Opportunities & Risks for Professional Career;
- Self-Presentation Skills to Meet Organizational Changes. Integrative Thinking Development Techniques.
Upon their completion of this program, our trainee shall obtain certificates of professional retraining of official standard.
